Send Message

Define an assistant's reply when triggered.

Each sent message uses an interaction, a consumable resource in Proto AICX.

The Send Message action sends a preset stock messages to the chat.

Select a Send Message action from the tree to open its settings:

  • Messages — one or more messages that will be sent to the chat. If multiple messages are defined, one will be used at random each time the action is triggered.

  • Quick reply options (optional) — up to 13 clickable options that appear below the sent message. These are not support by the Bitrix24 or Africa's Talking channels.

Press Save to confirm edits.
