Requires various permissions to view and edit the respective sub-company settings.
Definition
Every company can have one or more sub-companies. These are collections of preferences that affect its associated AI assistants, live rep teams, and the corresponding users and people they affect. For specifics on these preferences, jump to:

To manage sub-companies, go to the settings panel. Under the "Company" category select Sub-Companies.
Create a Sub-Company
In Sub-Company settings select Create Sub-Company.
Edit the new sub-company's settings as described below.
Select Create.
Sub-Company Settings
Select the sub-company in the Sub-Company table for its panel options:
Avatar (optional) — an image to visually identify the sub-company in Proto AICX.
Sub-company name — the title of the sub-company.
Description (optional) — a short description to help orient users when viewing the Sub-Company table.
Press Save to commit any edits.
Existing sub-companies have static fields with values that can be copied and utilized with the Developer API:

Takeover Secret
Delete a Sub-Company
In the Sub-Company table, select one or more sub-company checkboxes.
Select Delete Sub-Company and confirm.
