Online Status
For users participating as live reps in conversation, it's important to manage your online status when away from your terminal.
Update Status
Toggle your status from the bottom-left of the toolbar:
Select your avatar
In the menu, toggle "Set as" to Online or Away
Effects of Status
When a user is online, their avatar badge is green. If they're a live rep, they will be eligible for conversation assignments coming in.
When a user is away, their avatar badge is orange and they are omitted from receiving new chats.
