Controls

Control	Description
Group by	X-axis time granularity: Hour, Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year.
Segment by	Splits bars by a dimension: Conversation type, AI Agents, Channels, Live Agents, Teams, Status, Sender, Message type, Media type, Voice type, Local language API type.
