# Inbox Copilot

Inbox copilot is an LLM assistant that drafts reply suggestions for live agents directly in the Inbox. Fully powered by a Proto-hosted model — no data is shared with third parties.

Go to **Settings → Teamspace → Inbox Copilot**. Configuration is split across two tabs.

| Setting                                                      | Description                                                                  |
| ------------------------------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Access all conversations**                                 | Allows copilot to reference any conversation in the workspace.               |
| **Access current person's profile and conversation history** | References the open person's full history.                                   |
| **Access current conversation**                              | Required for copilot to mediate the active conversation; cannot be disabled. |

| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **LLM**                | GPT-4o, Qwen 2.5, or Llama 3.2. All models are self-hosted by Proto.                                                                  |
| **Personality prompt** | Defines copilot's role, tone, environment, and goals — similar to an [AI agent persona](/docs/modules/ai-agents/manage-ai-agents.md). |

Select **Save** to confirm edits.
