Online Status

For users participating as live agents in conversation, it's important to manage your online status when away from your terminal.

Update status

1. Select your avatar in the bottom-left of the toolbar.

2. In the menu, toggle "Set as" to Online or Away.

Effects of status

Status	Badge	Effect
Online	Green	Live agents are eligible for chat assignments.
Away	Orange	Omitted from receiving new chat assignments.
