Onboarding Steps

Generate your AI experience

Go to AI Agents to create, customize, and deploy AI to your favourite messaging channels.

Invite your team members

Select your avatar > Company Settings to configure branding, policies, and invite team members—including live agents that will chat with your audience.

Chat with customers

Go to Inbox to see all conversations (facilitated by AI and live agents), and Analytics for reports on your audience trends.
