In Proto, it’s possible to configure the banning of abusive customers from accessing or interacting with your chatbot.
Click "Create ban rule" button.
Enter the necessary specific parameters of your banning rule which also includes the length of the ban.
Click "Create" button. The rule will then be added accordingly.
Locate the desired ban rule.
Click on it to open the sidebar.
Edit the fields: number of offences, ban lengths, ban lengths unit.
Click "Save" button
Find the ban rule in the table
Check the checkbox to select it
Click the "Delete Ban Rule" button
Confirm the deletion by clicking "Delete" button in the pop-up dialog
Open Ban reasons tab.
Click "Create ban reason" button.
Enter the reason name.
Click "Create" button. The reason will then be added accordingly.
Open Ban reasons tab.
Locate the desired ban reason.
Click on it to open the sidebar.
Edit the field: reason.
Click "Save" button.
Open Ban reasons tab.
Find the ban reason in the table.
Check the checkbox to select it.
Click the "Delete Ban Reason" button.
Confirm the deletion by clicking "Delete" button in the pop-up dialog.
