Jump to Trigger/Action

Move to a different position in the chat flow.

The "Jump to Trigger/Action" action will move the chat to a different spot in the tree. This can be useful for consolidating common sequences.

Select a Human Handoff action from the tree to configure it.

Under Jump to, select the target trigger or action. Their respective number badges are seen throughout the tree, and help to differentiate triggers or actions in the order they were created.

Press Save to confirm edits.
