User Account
Manage your profile settings.
To access your user settings, in the bottom-left of the toolbar select your avatar > Account Settings.
Settings
The following options are available in Account settings:
Avatar — your initials or profile picture seen by other users, and in conversations if no alias is applied.
First & last name — your name, seen in the same ways as your avatar.
Email — a non-editable field for reference only. To change email addresses, create a new user account and get invited back to the same company.
Preferred chat language — enabled with the Enterprise Max add-on, this allows you to specify which language all inbound Inbox messages are translated to in realtime. For example, if this is set to English and a person is messaging you in Tagalog, you'll see their messages translated to English in realtime.
Enable browser notifications — if your browser is open and you're logged into Proto, notifications will appear when new livechat conversations are assigned to you.
User aliases — for managing aliases used in conversations.
