Proto AICX Add-Ons

Within this interface, users can manage the add-ons you have enabled.

proData

The proData™ Add-On offers several options if you wish to take a step further with the level of security of your account and data. It allows you to connect your own database for you to store your data (chats, tickets, customer information, etc.) to comply with your business needs and local regulations. It also allows you to enable an allowlist of valid IP addresses, which adds an extra layer of security and limits which IPs can access your Proto account and APIs.
