Show Carousel

Display an interactive carousel in the chat.

Show Carousel applies to the Messenger, LINE, and Webchat channels only.

Each sent carousel is an interaction, a consumable resource in Proto AICX.

The Show Carousel action displays a horizontally-scrollable carousel directly in the Messenger, LINE, or Webchat thread. Cards may contain titles, an image, and buttons for clickthroughs or sending subsequent messages.

Select a Show Carousel action from the tree to open its settings.

Add a Card

Press Add Card to generate a new card. Up to 10 cards are supported per carousel.

Configure a Card

Select a card to modify its content:

• Image (optional) — a thumbnail for the card, from a file upload, file link, or chat script.

• Title

• Subtitle (optional)

• Add Button (optional) — up to three buttons can be included in a card, with the following options:

  • Button type — either Send Message or Open Link.

  • Button text — its text content.

  • Link (for Open Link) — a valid URL to open.

  • Send message on click (for Send Message) — the text to send as a subsequent message in the chat.

Delete a Card

Press in a card to delete it.
